經常能夠看見許多飲用咖啡對人體有益的相關報導,

但其實關於茶類和咖啡對人體的功效時常被飲料業者過度放大使用!

它們絕非萬靈丹,過度飲用還可能造成反效果...

我們應該要喝得謹慎,今天就跟著小編來了解它們的利與弊吧 

 

 

 

 TEA  茶

 

 Pros:

 

1. Drinking three to four cups of tea a day can cut the chance of a heart attack.

每天喝3~4杯茶能夠有效降低罹患心臟病的機會。

 

2. Helps prevent type 1 diabetes and slow its progression once it has developed.

喝茶幫助遠離第一型糖尿病,及減緩糖尿病的發展形成。

 

3. People who drink black tea four times a day for six weeks were found to have lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol.

研究顯示,連續六週每日飲用4杯紅茶,能夠降低人體皮質醇(壓力荷爾蒙)

 

4. Contains fluoride which protects teeth.

茶類含有氟化物,有保護牙齒、預防蛀牙的功效。

 

5. Men who drink more than 10 cups of green tea per day are less likely to develop disorders of the liver.

每日飲用超過10杯綠茶的人,較一般人更加遠離肝臟疾病。

白茶能有效預防肥胖症。

 

 Cons:

 

1. Tea may contain pesticides, even if it’s been labelled as organic.

即使標榜為有機茶葉,仍可能含有農藥的危險成分。

 

2. Tea contains a large amount of tannin. Tanin reduces the absorption of iron in the body which can lead to anaemia.

茶含有大量的丹寧酸,喝過量可能阻礙人體對鐵的吸收,進而造成貧血症。

 

3. Tea contains caffeine which has been proven to cause anxiety and rises in blood pressure.

茶類含咖啡因,已被證實可能導致焦慮及血壓升高。

 

4. Adding milk may also stop the benefits tea has against cancer.

加入牛奶一起飲用,有損茶類抗癌的功效。

5. Reduces the risk of dying of heart disease.

降低心臟病發作致死的機率。

有助於提升短期記憶和改善反應時間。

 

7. Chemicals found in coffee could be used to make new drugs to treat heart disease and insomnia.

咖啡中的化學物質可用於研發治療心臟病及失眠症的藥品。

 

8. Caffeine in coffee increases the effectiveness of painkillers.

咖啡因能夠增加服用止痛藥的止痛效果。

 

 

 

 Cons:

 

1. Causes tooth discolouration. 導致牙齒變色泛黃。

 

2. Drinking eight or more cups a day significantly increased the risk of stillbirths.

每天飲用超過8杯咖啡將大大提升死胎的風險。
