(三) 延伸討論
Food safety has recently become a big issue in our country.
The plasticizer crisis is spreading to all corners of the food industry.
We see more and more raw materials and products tainted every day.
Yet....no serious punishment so far !!!
And are the producers of the plasticizer - contaminated clouding agents the only ones to blame ??
I think that big corporations that use their products are at fault too.
If you buy something at half the market price of other companies, it's very likely that something is wrong.
An obvious logic that most people understand, but somehow....the bosses of those companies seem to ignore.
They are NOT victims and shouldn't act so.
I saw on the news that the worst punishment for this serious crime is NT$ 300,000.
Is that fair ??
What do you think ?
How do you think those people should be punished ?
