不知道上星期介紹的那四句諺語大家有沒有記住呢?

希望這些諺語對大家是有幫助的喔!

尤其是在寫作方面~

也希望大家可以多多利用

這次一樣要來分享不一樣的諺語囉~~

1. I am off the hook. 我解脫了

    You have gotten out of trouble because now the blame has fallen on someone else.

    你已經從困境解脫，因為責任已不用你扛。

2.When God has his church, the devil will have his chapel.

   上有政策，下有對策

  Martin Luther (1483–1546)

  Where God is, the devil is always close by

  to make sure that his presence will not be forgotten.

  不論上帝在哪，惡魔總是伴隨著以確保自己的存在(馬丁路德 (1483–1546))。

3.While the weak wait for opportunities; the strong create them.

   弱者等待機會，強者製造機會

   Weak people are those who wait to let things happen.

   Strong people are those who go out and make the things they want happen.

   弱者等待事情發生而強者以行動讓他們所希望的事情發生

4. A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle.

   分享的藝術；(一根蠟燭點燃另一根蠟燭，本身的光芒沒有任何損失)

   This seems to be an expression used to encourage people

    to join in on helping others.

   So one candle would be one helpful person.

    The idea is that it is only helpful when more

     and more people offer to help people in need. 

     這是一句鼓勵大家幫助他人的表達方式。

      所以一根蠟燭就代表一個有用的人。

      這個想法的意思是唯有大家對需要幫助的人伸出援手才是有用的。
